Shipping

All orders are packed and shipped from Central Queensland, Australia. We normally process and dispatch all orders with 3 days of being placed if the item is in stock. Should the item not be in stock, we will email you within 24-48 hours. We cannot not take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system.

All pieces are shipped via Australia Post with signature on delivery so please ensure someone is there to sign for the package or the collection card can be left in a safe place.  

Lara Jewellery is not liable if the postal address provided is incorrect. If the parcel is returned to Lara Jewellery, the customer will cover the re-postage fee and the item will not be shipped out until payment is made.

In the unlikely event that the item is lost in transit, Lara Jewellery will lodge a complaint with Australia Post and do everything to locate the parcel. During this timeframe, you will be given the option for a refund or a replacement of the lost piece. Please note that given the circumstances the delivery timeframe will take longer than originally expected.

Returns and Refund Policy

As a small business, Lara Jewellery cannot offer refunds for the following:

- change of mind

- custom pieces

Each Lara piece is carefully inspected before being shipped but in the event of a faulty item, Lara Jewellery will repair the piece within 2 months of the purchase date at no charge. Please note faulty items do not include: general wear & tear, cracked or chipped gemstones/pearls, broken/pulled chains, dropping the piece.

In order to return your product, you must notify us through our contact page we will then email you within 48 hours with instructions for returning your item. Items returned to us MUST be deemed by us to be in their original condition and packaging before a refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed once we have received the item undamaged and in its original packaging.
All returns must be sent with a tracking number. Lara Jewellery will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurred in transit

Exchanges
Pieces can be exchanged for equal or higher value items and for incorrect sizing.

Care

Each LARA Jewellery piece is carefully handmade to ensure longevity. However jewellery is fragile. To ensure life long wear, jewellery needs to be taken care of with a few easy steps.

When you aren't wearing your Lara piece, make sure to place it in a sealed, cool, dry place out of the sun to avoid tarnishing.

Remove the piece when swimming, showering, any kind of washing or laboring.

Avoid spraying chemicals directly onto the piece such a perfume. Remember jewellery should also be the last thing to put on.

To freshen up the jewellery, give it a gentle rub with a polishing cloth.

Although the damage may not be visible right away, avoiding these simple steps will lead to your piece becoming brittle over a an extended period of time.
